We are an established management company specializing in housing cooperatives. With around 30 properties in our portfolio, we serve clients in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, and surrounding municipalities. Our head office is located in Gothenburg, and we value proximity to our clients and personal service.

The Position

As a property manager with us, you will work with technical management and administration for our housing cooperatives. You will be part of our competent team of managers and have the opportunity to influence and develop our working methods.

Your main responsibilities:

• Technical management of residential properties
• Administrative work related to property management
• Contact with housing cooperatives, contractors, and suppliers
• Planning and follow-up of maintenance and repairs
• Financial monitoring and budget work

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical property management
• Education in property management
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license (car required for the position)
• Good knowledge in technical areas such as plumbing, electrical, and ventilation
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish
• Knowledge of REAL property system
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Meritorious:

• Experience from the construction industry
• Previous work with housing cooperatives
• Financial background
